Delivery Times & Order Policy

  • Delivery times are subject to change. The quoted times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for order delays.

  • Orders that have already been started by the restaurant cannot be canceled.

  • If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately so that we can either:
    A) Refund you for the incorrect items OR
    B) Send the correct items to you.
     

Multiple Restaurant Orders

  • Only one restaurant per order will be honored, as each restaurant has its own delivery charge.

  • If you order from multiple restaurants, we will:

    1. Contact you to determine which restaurant and items you wish to keep.

    2. If you choose to keep all items, separate delivery charges will apply. Please note that each restaurant has its own wait time.

    3. If we are unable to reach you, we will proceed with the restaurant that has the most items in your order and refund the remaining portion.
       

Order Accuracy

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your order is placed correctly. Mistakes made by user error will not be honored or refunded.

  • If you need assistance when placing an order, please contact us before finalizing your purchase.

  • Users may receive promotional, informational, and marketing messages related to Big Bear Takeout services.

  • Messages will be sent weekly, but frequency may vary based on promotions, order updates, and service notifications.
